A quick note about our hours
Please note that our Business Page on Google will have the most accurate hours on a week-to-week basis to account for shop and personal conflicts. I'm more than willing to work odd hours to make our schedules line up, just ask.
These are our typical hours - being a small shop, there's no one here to keep the doors open if there's a house call, shop errands to run or kids to be picked up after school at the end of the week. While I'm in much later than the posted hours most days, these are the hours that I'm definitely in unless there's something strange going on. If you want to be 100% sure that someone will be in the shop when you arrive, please shoot me a message and we'll figure something out.
New Bike Sales
New bikes are now available from the full line of Marin, Fyxation, Surly, State Bicycle Co. and All-City Cycles. If it's in stock at the warehouse, we can order, handle delivery, assemble and tune a new bike for you. Typical pricing on these are the cost of the bike, plus $25-30 in shipping and $50-$100 to assemble and tune (depending of the level of difficulty for your particular bike).

While we can order any bike at any time, we also do large orders every 2-3 months that include free shipping if you're not in a hurry.

Pricing and Notes
While final pricing depends on the bike, the cost of repair for any e-bikes in the shop will be higher than what people have come to expect from us. Simply, e-bikes take more time to work on than a standard single speed or city commuter. Care needs to be taken to work around the electrical systems to avoid damage and many of the components are hard to access, heavy or require significantly more time to do correctly.
Batteries and Turn Around Time
All batteries will need to be removed from the bike for liability reasons. If your bike doesn't allow you to take the battery with you, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate repairs at this time. While we will do our best to keep turn around times short, given the extra work required to do even basic service on most e-bikes, expect wait times in the 7-10 day range as most will not be an on the spot repair.
